B. The firm has permission to set up in public practice from: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and authorized to Practice the Computing Profession within The Federal Republic of Nigeria. In addition, the engagement partners and directors are Registered Professionals with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria under Act No. 6, 2011.

C. The firm is also registered with the Office of The Auditor-General for The Federation to audit Government Parastatals, Ministries, Departments and Agencies pursuant to S.85 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria and Federal Inland Revenue Service as a Collecting Agent under VAT Decree 102 of 1993 as amended.
